ADAS recalibration is not optional

VS30 Sprinters (2019+) mount a forward-facing camera to the windshield for lane keeping, distance assist, and traffic sign recognition. Replacing the glass moves that camera by a few millimetres, which is enough to throw the calibration out. A shop that skips recalibration leaves you with driver aids that misjudge distance.

Ask up front whether the shop performs static recalibration on site or subcontracts it, and get the calibration report in writing for your records and insurance.
