Airstream glass follows the shell's compound radius. A pane cut flat to the right outline still will not seat, because the gasket cannot absorb the curvature gap. Replacement glass must be tempered and bent to the correct radius for that window position — and positions differ front to back on the same trailer.

Always order by year, model, and exact window position. "Second window, curbside, 1974 Overlander" is a usable order; "Airstream side window" is not.
