Don't replace the door for a cracked pane

Dealers quote whole entry doors because it is the simplest order to place. The glass in most RV entry doors is a separate pane held by an inner clamp ring or a bonded gasket and can be replaced for a fraction of the door price.

Replace the whole door only when the skin is delaminated, the frame is bent, or the hinge side is torn out — structural damage a new pane will not fix.
